The services we offer are full line which include design, flow bench analysis, digitizing, programming, cnc porting and system integration and training. Any or all of these services are available to performance enthusiasts, racers, engine builders and cylinder head builders or modification specialists. Our position is to be a one source company for all your needs.

We offer a complete reverse engineering service to duplicate your existing cylinder head or any part of the induction system. This is accomplished by mapping the surfaces of existing chamber and ports with a surface scanning process called digitizing. The data collected is then transferred to a CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) system and used to build 3D surfaces. These surfaces duplicate the ports in real world 3 dimensional space. The CAM system then creates tool path lines that are CAM operator selectable for surface finish definition. These files are translated into cnc code that actually drive the machining center from a host computer by a process called DNC (Direct Numerical Control). This service is somewhat specialized in that we drive the machine in all 5 axes at the same time.

All of this information remains proprietary and used only under your direction. The first article, usually one set of ports and one chamber, is sent to you for verification. After your approval, the cylinder head is returned for completion. This works very well for businesses that just don't have the time to be hand grinding ports but want the accuracy they are accustomed to providing to their customers. The advantage of CNC ported heads is most appreciated when dyno testing. It virtually eliminates any variation in readings from engine to engine as the human elements are not present. All engine parts are now machined including the passage ways through the cylinder head.
